At Skyshield, we’re committed to delivering premium pilot apparel with the same level of care and professionalism that goes into designing every product. Below you’ll find information about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you’re not fully happy with your order, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Be free from stains, odors, or damage.
Include all original tags and packaging.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Promotional or clearance merchandise

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We’re happy to help with exchanges, subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund once your original item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Skyshield is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
