No. The UV protection is built into the fabric itself, not added as a topical finish, so it’s designed to provide lasting protection throughout the life of the garment when cared for according to the care instructions.

Every Skyshield Signature Shirt is crafted from our premium bamboo performance fabric with built-in UV protection and includes a functional Velcro chest pocket with a dedicated pen slot. The fabric is breathable, lightweight, and designed to provide lasting comfort through every phase of flight.

To keep your Skyshield Signature Shirt looking its best, machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry, and use a cool iron if needed. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to help preserve the fabric’s performance, fit, and appearance for years to come.
Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, though international shipping may become available in the future. If you're outside the United States and interested in Skyshield, reach out and we'll help however we can.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you're not fully happy with your order, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, free from stains, odors, or damage, and include all original tags and packaging along with proof of purchase. Items that don't meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional or clearance merchandise cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the size you need isn't available, we'll issue a refund once your original item has been received and inspected.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work quickly to make it right.
Who covers return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Skyshield isn't responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and your financial institution typically takes 5 to 10 business days to process it. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
